U.S., Allies Discuss Economic Aid for Ukraine at G-7 Meeting

KÖNIGSWINTER, Germany—The world’s richest economies are hoping to agree on an emergency economic-aid plan for Ukraine this week after the U.S. pressed its allies to provide the beleaguered country with more financial support.

The finance ministers of the Group of Seven main superior economies, assembly in Germany, are focusing on a $15 billion package deal that might plug holes in Ukraine’s authorities price range for three months, European officers stated. A deal could possibly be introduced on Friday, the officers stated.
