U.K.’s Johnson Emerges From Lockdown Scandals to Face Economic Woes

LONDON—A couple of months in the past, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was combating to stay in energy amid revelations that he attended events at a time when Britons had been below Covid-19 lockdown guidelines. Members of his personal Conservative Party had been calling for him to resign.
