France’s Macron Faces Parliament Battle Over Pro-Business Agenda

PARIS—President Emmanuel Macron’s pro-business agenda appeared in jeopardy Tuesday after France’s conservative social gathering Les Républicains rejected the thought of an alliance with the French chief to type a majority in Parliament.
